As you can see, we are gaining on all players. It is also going to take some time. For instance, using zgeek as an example, they haven't moved an iota ... and it's going to take over 210 days to reach them at this rate.

On a brighter side, I tried to wait this update until the next time wyles dumped (just to have an even reading). that could affect things a bit (ya think?) but still, unless he recently borged a cray, it's still going to be a ways.

Upshot -> it's time to find a way to wh0re some new production. Trying to figure a way to do that myself. (anybody actually have a spare cray?)

Cheers,

Had been holding somewhere in the 9-10 range. Today Zeppelin started adding some woots ... this could be significant!

With any luck I'll have ADSL in the office soonish and won't need the USB net - should be steadier production then rather than dump when I get the chance. Got the home poot working now, but it's gonna start getting hot here next few months... un crunchably hot I am afraid.

Tell me about it. 18th straight day in the 90's (some in triple digits) (32-38+ for the centrigrade folks). ... Which reminds me ... how can you get a cold in this kind of heat? I think it was the dragon boat festival this weekend. Well, that's what I'm going to blame.

oh yes ... mission status. Due to amazing dumps this last week, it was out best showing so far (even excluding the picky SOB comp of mine that died .. twice. Moved it to the basement and maybe that will help).

Less than .4P away from SOB, about .26P away from XtremeSystems. We've made up about 1/3 the distance to SOB, about 1/2 the distance to Xtreme.

Mission Status - 8.11.11

Well, we continue to gain on all players in are target range ... some more than others

zgeek.com - appears to be a dead team. They haven't gained anything since our charge began ... and our rate of production (the best our team has ever produced) we should pass them in less than a year. They are only 1.853P away

XtremeSystems - They are .123P away (they had a big week (for them), doubling their previous production during this mission). Three weeks is my (pessimistic) guess.

SOB@China - .272P away. 7 weeks is my guess. Could be sooner, could be much later. They have recent historical production much higher than their current production. If they surge ... dunno.

TeamUK - .305 away. My guess ... not in this mission. We have been creeping closer however once China is caught I anticipate a drop in production. So unless we can either gain new crunchers, or gain new crunching abilities internally, it's way far in the future.

Mind you, I'm still looking for a cheap Cray (and a feeble-minded loan agent).

Overall ... very good production toward our (very ambitious) goal.

Go Ninja!
