I know Meady had some problems trying to use Primegrid to do 17oB and get the credit in the original project. I've used the prime95 client obtained from http://www.seventeenorbust.com/. I take it you've done the 17oB via primegrid Rusty?

And FYI - As far as statistics go, the PrimeGrid test credit will be awarded as BOINC credit and tabulated separately from regular SB credit.

You might have to switch to the stand alone client.

Fixed it once I figured out how to rewrite the config file. Currently on Skynet to get T-N into the top 50, but will run some more SoB once I have some spare cycles.

So ... It's been a while since I updated this thread. Even been kinda scared to look at the total standings since I lost my big cruncher.

And lo and behold, despite losing the cruncher, various time offs taken ... Mission completed!

We have overtaken SOB@China.

We even continued to gain on all teams tracked. (last day's daily average still showed us running about 12th).

Cheers to all!

I've been using the prime95 client for 17ob for a while... Just found out there was an update to the client... in 2010

Well ... the new client client should give you some improved production with the same resources!

Cheers,
